Yonah Mountain Campground
This family-friendly campground is open year-round. There are a lot of activities for the entire family here and it's just 15 minutes from Helen. Play some shuffleboard, cornhole or horseshoe, hang out at the swimming pool or watch the children play at the playground from the swings. It is also near some fantastic wineries!
River Falls at the Gorge
River Falls has a ton of great family activities. You can swim, tube, raft or kayak in the beautiful river. Or hang out at one of the two pools onsite. If you love to hike, you are in luck! River Falls in located next to Tallulah Gorge where you will find plenty of trails and waterfalls for you to explore.
Bald Mountain Camping Resort
Bald Mountain Camping Resort has been referred to as a “Little Slice of Heaven in the Mountains of Georgia!” From pinball machines and pool tables in the game room to Volleyball, basketball and shuffle board courts, there are a wide range of activities for the entire family. Or you can cool off in the refreshing pool, go pedal boating or fishing in the private lake. You won't have to leave the campground, but if you choose to explore, Appalachian Trail, Brasstown Bald and Helen are all nearby!
